• Email our customer care team at contact@soliwear.com and provide your name, order number, tracking number, and the carrier you used to return.
• Once your return is received, in 3-5 business days we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for a refund.
-We gladly accept returns and exchanges.  We offer the option to exchange or return if the item(s) are unworn, and undamaged. We allow returns and exchanges up to 10 days of delivery.
-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
COST OF RETURNS
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our facility. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.   
In our experience Return parcels often get lost if you write ‘Return to Sender’. When booking your return, please include your details so that we can process the parcel when it arrives back in our facility. We recommend using a trackable or insured postage method. Soli will not be liable for items that do not reach our facility and cannot be tracked.
Shipping & Processing:
Orders will be processed within the next 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. As such, your delivery date will be the processing time plus the shipping time of the shipping method you select. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not ship until Monday. If an order has already shipped, we cannot make any adjustments.

ARE YOUR BIKINIS TRUE TO SIZE?

The majority of our styles are true to size; but certain styles do run slightly larger or smaller, depending on the fabric used. The sizing will be indicated in the description of each bikini.

WHAT DETERMINES SHIPPING PRICES?

Shipping prices are based on where you live. We do not come up with shipping prices, our carriers do.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BIKINIS?

Care:
•Do Not Leave Rolled Up.
•Do Not Twist Or “Wring Out” To Dry.
•Do Not Leave Wet For An Extended Period Of Time.
•Avoid Contact/Sitting On Rough Surfaces As Fabric May Pill.
•Do Not Spray Suntan Lotions, Oils And Spray Tans Directly On Fabric.
•Avoid Pools And Spas Treated With Harsh Chemicals As Colors May Fade.
•Check For Other Specific Instructions Per Garment On Tags.


Wash:
•Hand Wash In Cold Water With Mild Soap/Detergent Immediately After Each Use.
•Lay Flat, Single Layered, In The Shade To Dry.
•Do Not Tumble Dry, Dry Clean, Iron Or Use Bleach.
•Check For Other Specific Instructions Per Garment On Tags.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number via the carrier used to ship your package. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at immediately contact@soliwear.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days from order date on Mon - Fri.Purchases made on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.  There may be the occasional delay on international orders due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
